🚥 NEW TRAFFIC LAW: As of August 15th, the “slowpoke law” will make it illegal for slow drivers to stay in the left lane. The fines begin at $25 and there are exceptions for bad weather, traffic, and first responders. It also doesn’t apply if they aren’t affecting other drivers. There’s no specification of what qualifies as “too slow” it is up to troopers discretion.
